Custom Meat Processing
Putting our meat processing services to use with YOUR livestock - custom processing of your beef, pork and sheep.
At Litchke Farms we take great pride in offering a full range of custom meat processing services, which includes beef, pork, and sheep. We not only process our own beef, but can process your livestock as well, cutting to your specifications and packing quanities to meet your needs. Contact us to arrange custom butchering and processing of your livestock.
Livestock Processing:
- Harvest days are on Mondays;
appointments are necessary
- Slaughtering fee is $100.00
- Processing fee: $0.65/pound hanging weight
- Processing includes the same 10-14 day dry-aging process as we use for our own beef
- Wrapping includes cellophane wrap followed by freezer-paper wrap
- A hard-freeze is included with our custom processing
- Bone-out and quartered beef $0.70/pound hanging weight

Pork Processing:
- Harvest days are on Mondays; appointments are necessary
- Slaughtering fee is $50.00
- Processing fee: $0.65/pound hanging weight; $125 minimum per pig
- Smoking Ham & Bacon Fee: $1.50/pound
- Wrapping includes cellophane wrap followed by freezer-paper wrap
- A hard-freeze is included with our custom processing

Sheep Processing:

- Flat fee of $90.00; includes slaughtering and processing into packages
- Wrapping includes cellophane wrap followed by freezer-paper wrap
- A hard-freeze is included with our custom processing
